    能に構成し、処理液吐出ノズルの待機位置にノズ
    ル受けを配置して構成した基板の表面処理装置に
    おいて、 ノズル受けを吸気連通管を介して吸気手段と連
    通し、処理液吐出ノズルの先端部に付着した液滴
    を吸引排除するように構成したことを特徴とする
    基板の表面処理装置。
