Claims (1)
- 陽極と陰極間を真空に保持し、陰極面に試料を
取付けて両極間に高電圧を印加し、グロー放電を
起して陰極面試料をスパツタリングさせてガス成
分の励起発光を分光分析する試料取付装置におい
て、曲面を有する試料片又は管材の分析対象部分
を陰極面に露出させると共に同試料又は管材を陰
極面へ平面的に保持、固定する調整手段とを真空
を保持する密閉手段とを具備してなることを特徴
とする発光分光分析用試料取付装置。
