Claims (1)
- 基材上に搭載された集積回路と、該集積回路に
接続された複数のフレームリードと、が封止材に
より封止されるように構成された集積回路封止部
品構造において、前記集積回路並びに複数のフレ
ームリードから絶縁されるとともに両端部が封止
材から露出されるように構成された通電導体を少
なくとも１つ封止材内部に配置したことを特徴と
する集積回路封止部品構造。
