- 回路素子を樹脂封止し複数の電極端子を両側か
ら一方向に突出させてなる電子部品パツケージに
おいて、前記複数の電極端子のうち少なくとも一
部の電極端子を分割し、異なる方向に突出させる
ことを特徴とする電子部品パツケージ。
