。第８図は従来の汚泥脱水装置を示す概略図であ
る。 主要な部分の符号の説明、１……ベルトプレス
部、５……重力脱水部、７……濾布、９……ロー
ラ、１１……電気浸透部、１３……上側スラツト
コンベヤ、１５……下側スラツトコンベヤ、２０
……ケーキシユート、２１ｂ……下方開口部、２

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 汚泥が脱水される重力脱水部及び二枚の濾
    布で汚泥を挟み込みローラで加圧脱水するベルト
    プレス部と、上側スラツトコンベヤに装着される
    多数の上側スラツトに陽電極を設けると共に下側
    スラツトコンベヤに装着される多数の下側スラツ
    トに陰電極を設け、前記上側スラツトコンベヤの
    下部と前記下側スラツトコンベヤの上部との間を
    流通する汚泥を前記上側、下側スラツトにより押
    圧し、直流電圧を印加して電気浸透作用により脱
    水する電気浸透部とからなる汚泥脱水装置に於い
    て、前記ベルトプレス部と前記電気浸透部との間
    に、ベルトプレス部で脱水された汚泥を切り刻む
    裁断手段を有し、且つ切り刻んだ汚泥を電気浸透
    部の下側スラツトコンベヤの上部に均等に案内す
    る開口部を有するケーキシユートを設けたことを
    特徴とする汚泥脱水装置。 (2) 上記裁断手段は、ケーキシユート上方に位
    置する回転軸と、当該回転軸に軸方向へ所定間隔
    で複数配置される円板と、当該円板の側面に所定
    間隔を開け取り付けられる複数の半円板状の切刃
    と、当該半円板状の切刃の所定間隔に、複数配置
    された円板の全長に亘り取り付けられる複数の板
    状の切刃とからなることを特徴とする請求項１記
    載の汚泥脱水装置。
