平面図、第５図は第４図の圧電振動素子を用いた
圧電振動部品の断面図、第６図は第１図実施例の
圧電振動部品の断面図、第７図は、本考案の他の
実施例の圧電振動部品の各断面図、第８図はシー
ル部材の周囲に堰き止め部材を配置した変形例を
示す圧電振動素子の平面図である。 図において、２１……圧電基板、２２……圧電
振動素子、２３ａ，２３ｂ……振動電極、２５，
２５……シール部材、２６ａ，２６ｂ……保護基
板、２７ａ，２７ｂ……接着剤層、２９，２９…
…空隙を示す。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 圧電基板と、該圧電基板の両主面に形成された
    振動電極とを有するエネルギ閉込め型圧電振動素
    子と、 前記振動電極により構成される振動領域の周囲
    に空隙を形成するように、前記圧電基板の両主面
    に接着剤により貼り付けられた一対の保護基板と
    を備える圧電振動部品において、 振動領域を囲むように、弾性部材よりなるシー
    ル部材が配置されており、該シール部材が厚み方
    向に圧縮された状態で圧電基板と保護基板との間
    に配置されるように、前記保護基板がシール部材
    を間に挟んだ状態で圧電基板に貼り付けられてい
    ることを特徴とする圧電振動部品。
