Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 圧電板と、該圧電板の両主面に形成されており
    かつ圧電板を介して表裏対向するように配置され
    た複数の電極とを有する圧電共振素子と、 前記圧電共振素子の両主面に貼着されており、
    又は圧電共振素子を収納するように互いが接合さ
    れており、かつ前記圧電共振素子の振動領域の振
    動を妨げないために振動領域上に空間を設けるた
    めに凹部が形成された一対の剛性材料よりなる保
    護基板とを備える圧電共振部品において、 前記保護基板の圧電共振部品側主面には、化学
    処理又は機械加工による加工性が保護基板材料よ
    りも優れた材料よりなる所定厚みの被覆層が付与
    されており、該被覆層の一部が化学処理又は機械
    加工により加工されて前記凹部が形成されている
    ことを特徴とする圧電共振部品。
