Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 両面に所定範囲の膜厚を有する電極層を形
成したサーミスタ素体と、このサーミスタ素体の
両電極面にリード線基部を溶接し、サーミスタ素
体及び前記リード線基部をガラスで被覆したサー
ミスタであつて、前記サーミスタ素体の電極層の
膜厚は５乃至４０μｍの範囲であることを特徴と
するサーミスタ。 (2) 前記電極層と融点が同等又は近似する材質
のリード線におけるリード線基部をサーミスタ素
体の両面に溶接したことを特徴とする請求項１記
載のサーミスタ。
