Claims (1)
- 透光性の樹脂材料に形成した透明電極と金属材
料から成る背面電極との間に発光層を形成した積
層構造体を保護材料で被覆する厚膜ＥＬ素子にお
いて、前記背面電極と保護材料との間に前記樹脂
材料と同一もしくは同等の熱収縮率を有する材料
を挿設したことを特徴とする厚膜ＥＬ素子。
