Claims (1)
- 透光性の樹脂フイルムに形成した透明電極と金
属材料から成る背面厚極との間に発光層を形成し
た積層構造体を防湿性の保護フイルムで被覆する
厚膜ＥＬ素子において、前記透明電極および背面
電極と保護フイルムとの間に同一もしくは同等の
熱収縮率を有する吸湿フイルムを挿設したことを
特徴とする厚膜ＥＬ素子。
