ム、８は吸水性物質よりなる層、９は金属複合フ
イルムおよび１０は金属薄板を示す。
実施態様、第３図及び第４図は従来公知のＥＬ素
子を示す概略断面図であり、図中、１は背面電極
、２は絶縁層、３は発光層、４は透明電極、５，
６は防湿性樹脂フイルム、７は吸湿性樹脂フイル
ム、８は吸水性物質よりなる層、９は金属複合フ
イルムおよび１０は金属薄板を示す。
Claims (1)
- 背面電極１上に絶縁層２、発光層３および透明
電極４を積層し、これを防湿性樹脂フイルム５，
６で被覆してなるＥＬ素子において、防湿性樹脂
フイルム５及び／又は６に代えて防湿性樹脂フイ
ルム５及び／又は６の内面に吸水性物質よりなる
層８を配設し、該層の周縁部を圧着封止したこと
を特徴とするＥＬ素子。
