Claims (1)
- 振動用ブレードの両面に一対の圧電素子を対向
状態に配置し、前記両圧電素子の圧電現象を利用
して振動用ブレードに振動を生じさせる圧電フア
ンにおいて、前記振動用ブレードの圧電素子配置
領域にこの振動用ブレードの両面に亘つて連続す
る導電層を設け、この導電層に前記両圧電素子を
接合固定したことを特徴とする圧電フアン。
