Claims (1)
- 薄金属板よりなる傾斜状のシムと、前記シム上
に、その一面側が貼合わされた複数個の圧電素子
と、前記圧電素子の他面間を連結する連結体とか
らなり、上記シムと上記複数個の圧電素子は長手
方向に幅広となる台形状としたセラミツクアクチ
ユエータ。
