- 圧電性基板の表面上に交叉指状電極と反射器を
両側に有する共振器を並列近接配置して成る共振
器型フイルタにおいて、各フイルタ間又は全周に
少なくとも１μｍの深さの段差を形成したことを
特徴とする弾性表面波フイルタ。
