- 圧電基板の主面上に交差指状電極と反射器とを
有して構成された弾性表面波素子において、前記
反射器の片側にスリツト部を設けた格子状パター
ンの長さを少なくとも交差指状電極の交差幅と同
等にしたことを特徴とする弾性表面波素子。
