Claims (1)
- 矩形板状圧電素子の一方面上にその圧電素子の
一方端縁側に片寄らせて一方電極が形成され、こ
の圧電素子の他方面上に前記一方端縁に対向する
他方端縁側に片寄らせて他方電極が形成され、こ
れらの電極の形成された圧電素子がいずれかの端
縁付近で固定されたことを特徴とする圧電変位体
。
