Claims (1)
- 矩形板状圧電素子の一方面上に一方電極が形成
され、この圧電素子の他方面上に前記一方電極よ
り両側の狭められた他方電極が形成され、これら
の電極の形成された圧電素子が上記他方電極の狭
められた側の両端縁付近で固定されたことを特徴
とする圧電変位体。
