- 表裏両外面が平面によつて構成された電子部品
本体の少なくとも一方外面において、その両側端
部を残して中央部に厚膜層を形成し、前記電子部
品本体の表裏両外面の両側端部及び両側面に薄膜
の外部電極を形成したことを特徴とする電子部品
。
