Claims (1)
- 圧電基板の両主面にそれぞれ励振用電極が形成
されるとともに、これら励振用電極の周囲近傍に
所定距離を隔てて補助電極が形成され、第１主面
上の前記励振用電極と第２主面上の前記補助電極
とが同一の引き出し電極に接続される一方、第２
主面上の前記励振用電極と第一主面上の前記補助
電極とが他の同一の引き出し電極に接続されてい
ることを特徴とする圧電振動子。
