Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 周縁部と細い支持梁を介して連結する断面凸状
    の圧電振動体と、この圧電振動体とほぼ同径で、
    前記圧電振動体と対向する面の中心部に電極が形
    成され、その周縁部の凸部を介して前記圧電振動
    体を両側からはさむ一対の電極板と、一方の前記
    電極板の電極とその一端が接続し前記電極面と同
    一の面に一体に形成された表面弾性波素子とを備
    え、表面弾性波素子が圧電振動体の所定の高調波
    振動のみを選択するように構成したことを特徴と
    するオーバートーン周波数選択圧電振動子。
