- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 圧電材料からなる圧電板の積層面に薄膜金属か
らなる金属電極を全面に形成した圧電素子ペレツ
トを、前記金属電極間に外部引き出し用の金属電
極板を挟み、接着剤を介して複数枚積層してなる
積層型圧電アクチユエータにおいて、 前記圧電板の積層面、金属電極の積層面、及び
金属電極板の表面うちの少なくとも一表面の面の
粗さを４〜１０μｍとしたことを特徴とする積層
型圧電アクチユエータ。
