Claims (1)
- 厚みすべり水晶振動子片の中央部の両面に振動
部となるくぼみ状の平面部を設け、その平面部が
平行状態となるように形成するとともに、これら
平面部に電極を形成し、かつこの電極に電気的に
接続される電極リード部を両面に形成し、前記振
動部となるくぼみ状の平面部を平板状の保護体で
覆つてその保護体と水晶振動子片とをシール材で
封着したことを特徴とする水晶振動子。
