る。第５図はキヤツプのシール方法例について説
明するためのシール前の分解断面図である。 ２…底板、３…枠体、３ａ…凸部、４…ガラス
、５，６…リード、７…キヤツプ、７ａ…凹部、

    を設けるとともに、キヤツプの下面四隅に凹部を
    設けて、前記凸部を凹部に嵌合してシールしたこ
    とを特徴とするフラツトパツケージ。
