  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 焼成室の上下に上火バーナと下火バーナを
    設け、上火バーナの一端側に排気口を設け、両バ
    ーナの中間の調理物を置くようにした焼成器にお
    いて、上火バーナの下側に、排気流出方向の一方
    側に偏椅して温度検出器を設け、温度検出器の偏
    椅方向と反対側に、該温度検出器に近接して遮熱
    板を設けたことを特徴とする焼成器の上火用失火
    検出器。 (2) 排気流出方向下流側に温度検出器を設け、
    これに近接した上流側に、下端が下流側を向く傾
    斜をした遮熱板を設けたことを特徴とする焼成器
    の上火用失火検出器。
