  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 パルス幅変調（ＰＷＭ）回路にて出力電流の大
    きさに応じたパルス幅をもつスイツチングパルス
    を得、該スイツチングパルスによつてスイツチン
    グ素子をオン、オフ制御して出力電圧を一定にな
    るように制御する定電圧回路において、 上記パルス幅変調回路に、電源電圧の値に応じ
    て上記スイツチングパルスの周波数を異ならせる
    回路を接続してなり、比較的低い電源電圧の時は
    比較的高周波数、比較的高い電源電圧の時は比較
    的低周波数のスイツチングパルスを得るように構
    成した定電圧回路。
