電源装置の一例の回路図であり、第４図はフオト
トランジスタの特性図であり、第５図および第６
図は、それぞれフイルターの一例を示す回路図で
ある。 ２：ＰＷＭ制御回路、３：スイツチング回路、
４：トランス、５：整流回路、９：フオトダイオ
ード、１０：フオトトランジスタ、２０：定電流
回路、２２：トランジスタ、２４：抵抗、２５，
２７：コンデンサ、２６：ツエナーダイオード。

Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) １次側電圧を、ＰＷＭ制御回路でＯＮ／Ｏ
ＦＦ制御されるスイツチング回路を介してトラン
スの１次側コイルに印加し、このトランスの２次
側コイルより整流回路を介して２次側電圧を出力
させ、この２次側電圧が印加されるフオトダイオ
ードの光量によつて前記１次側電圧がコレクタ電
圧として印加されるフオトトランジスタのエミツ
タ電流を制御し、このエミツタ電流の大きさによ
り前記ＰＷＭ制御回路を制御して前記２次側電圧
を一定とする電源装置において、前記１次側電圧
を定電圧回路を介して前記フオトトランジスタの
コレクタ電圧として印加するようにしたことを特
徴とする電源装置。 (2) 前記定電圧回路がツエナーロツク型トラン
ジスタレギユレータであることを特徴とする実用
新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の電源装置。
