Claims (1)
- リンギングチヨークコンバータ式スイツチング
レギユレータにおいて、コンバータを構成するト
ランジスタのエミツタアース間に電流検出抵抗を
挿入し、電流検出抵抗の両端電圧により制御され
る第２のトランジスタを上記トランジスタのベー
スアース間に接続すると共に、ツエナーダイオー
ドと抵抗との直列回路と、該ツエナーダイオード
と抵抗との接続点の電圧で制御されるサイリスタ
とを、コンバータの二次側に設けた整流平滑回路
の出力端に並列に接続して成る定電圧電源回路。
