Claims (1)
- リンギングチヨークコンバータにおいて、主ト
ランジスタがオフの期間にトランスの帰還巻線に
誘起される逆電圧を整流する整流回路と、この整
流回路の出力電圧と基準電圧を比較する比較回路
および該比較回路の比較出力に基づき前記主トラ
ンジスタのベース・エミツタ間を短絡する短絡回
路を備え、期定以上の逆電圧が誘起された時、前
記主トランジスタのベース・エミツタ間を短絡し
て発振を停止するようにしたことを特徴とするリ
ンギングチヨウクコンバータの過電圧保護回路。
