Abstract

開昭63−84240号公報に記載されている如く、ボ
トルの薬液中に一部を浸漬した吸液芯を加熱することに
より吸液された薬液を蒸散させる加熱蒸散装置において
、装置本体に前記ボトルを略水平方向から出し入れでき
るボトル挿入部を設け、このボトル挿入部の上側部に発
熱体を設け、この発熱体に前記ボトルの吸液芯を略水平
方向から出し入れできる平面略U字形状の吸液芯挿入部
を構成のものが提案されている。 ところで、これらいずれのものにあっても、吸液芯に対
する加熱は発熱エネルギーを大きくしておかねば不十分
であり、エネルギーロスが大きなばかりでなく、ボトル
内の薬液の蒸散具合が充分でないといった問題点のある
ことが判ってきた。

が設けられていて、前部扉11の閉蓋時にあってはボト
ル3がボトル挿入部4より外れることがないようにして
いる。尚、前部扉11の右側縁部には掛止部12が設け
られており、前部扉11の閉塞時、掛止部12が装置本
体1の前面部2の掛止孔13に挿入係止されて、ロック
が掛かるようになっている。 前記ボトル3は、内部に例えば殺虫目的での殺虫液、芳
香目的での芳香液等の蒸散薬液が入れられた・ものであ
り、ボトルの口部3aから上方に薬液の蒸散の為の四角
柱形状の吸液芯14を突出させたものである。 次に、上記のように構成させた加熱蒸散装置の作用につ
いて説明する。 装置本体1のボトル挿入部4にボトル3を挿入する。こ
の場合、先ず、前部、扉11を開き、ボトル3の吸液芯
14が発熱体8の吸液芯挿入部9の奥に接して位置する
ように水平方向にボトル3を挿入する。 従って、吸液芯14を具備するボトル3の装置本体1へ
の出し入れは略水平方向で行えるから、その装着(及び
離脱)作業が容易であり、又、ボトルヤット時に吸液芯
14が加熱体8及び装置本体1に干渉することがなく、
吸液芯14の破損が防止される。 又、ボトル3を装置本体1のボI・ル挿入部4に挿入す
るに際して、ボトル3を傾けたり、回転する必要がなく
、それ故ボトル3内の薬液をこぼしたりすることもない
。 次に、前部扉11を閉める。 この状態で正特性サーミスタ素子に通電して加熱体8を
加熱すると、これによって吸液芯14が加熱され、蒸散
液は蒸散し、蒸散孔7より大気に放出されることになる
。 この加熱蒸散時において、吸液芯14の一側面が加熱体
8の内面に接合しているから、伝熱具合が良く、エネル
ギーロスの少ないものであって、効果的に加熱される。 尚、吸液芯が円柱形状であり、吸液芯が配置される加熱
体の部分を略U字形状にしていても、吸液芯2加熱体に
接合させることはできるであろうが、この場合各々の曲
面の曲率半径を高精度で一致させておかなければ実質上
面接合させることはできない、それ故、上記実施例の如
く、平面が構成されてない場合には面接合が実質上でき
ないから、本実施例のような効果を奏することはできな
い。 又、薬液が蒸散する吸液芯14の断面積は例えば円形よ
りも四角の方が大きく、従って薬液の蒸散量も大きなも
のになり、その効果がより一層大きくなる 【効果】 本発明に係る加熱蒸散装置は、ボトル装着部と、このボ
トル装着部に装着されたボトル付設の芯を加熱できる加
熱機構とが設けられ、ボトルに設けられな芯を加熱機構

熱蒸散装置であって、前記芯の側面には平面部が形成さ
