芯上部が内壁にぶつかることが多く、破損し易く、良好
な蒸散が得られず、さらにはボトルの装着も難しいとい
った問題点がある。 そこで、これらの問題点を解決するものとして、ボト
ルの薬液中に一部を浸漬した吸液芯を加熱することによ
り吸液された薬液を蒸散させる加熱蒸散装置において、
装置本体に前記ボトルを略水平方向から出し入れできる
ボトル挿入部を設け、このボトル挿入部の上側部に発熱
体を設け、この発熱体に前記ボトルの吸液芯を略水平方
向から出し入れできる平面略U字形状の吸液芯挿入部を
構成のものが提案(実開昭63−84240号公報)されてお
り、このものは、吸液芯を具備するボトルの装置本体へ
の出し入れが略水平方向から行うことができるから簡便
なものになり、又、ボトルセット時に吸液芯が発熱体及
び装置本体に干渉することがなく、吸液芯の破損を防止
することができ、さらにはボトルを発熱体等に対し良好
にセットした状態に保つことができると謳われている。 そして、このものは、それなりに優れたものではある
が、発熱体にボトルの吸液芯を水平方向から出し入れで
きる平面略U字形状の吸液芯挿入部を形成したものであ
る為、平面略U字形状の先端部(U字形の開口部)側で

熱されにくく、良好な蒸散が得られにくいといった問題

けられた芯に対して交差する方向でもってボトルを出し
入れできるボトル装着部が設けられると共に、このボト
ル装着部に装着されたボトルの芯を加熱できる加熱機構
が設けられ、さらに前記ボトル装着部に前記ボトルを装
着する際前記芯が前記加熱機構内に位置できるよう加熱
機構にはボトル装着移動方向において開口部が設けら
れ、ボトルに設けられた芯を加熱機構で加熱することに
よってボトル内の液を蒸散させる加熱蒸散装置であっ
て、前記開口部側においてボトルの芯方向における加熱
機構の寸法を実質上大きく構成したタイプの加熱蒸散装
置とすると、芯を具備するボトルの装置本体への出し入
れが例えば水平方向から行うことができ、その作業性に
優れており、又、ボトルセット時に芯の破損を起こしに
くいものであり、さらには加熱機構には芯の進入用の開
口部が設けられていて、その部分ではその分加熱割合が
少ないものの、あたかも開口部側における加熱機構がな
い分を補うようになっており、それだけ温度分布に差が
少なくなり、芯はその周囲からほぼ均一に加熱されるよ
うになり、芯に対する加熱具合に優れ、液の蒸散具合が
良好となる。

である。 各図中、1は加熱蒸散装置の本体であり、この装置本
体1の前面部2にはボトル3の形状に合わせた凹部より
なるボトル挿入部4が構成されている。 このボトル挿入部4の上部にある装置本体1の天井部
5は前方に突出していて半円形状の庇部6を形成してい
る。そして、この天井部5にはボトル挿入部4の真上に
位置した蒸散孔7が形成されている。 ボトル挿入部4の上側部には、熱伝導性に優れた素材
で構成された加熱体8を前方に突出させて設けている。
この加熱体8は、上方から見た平面図においては、例え
ば開口部8aを有する略コ字形状に構成されていて、この
コ字溝部分が吸液芯挿入部9に構成されている。尚、加
熱体8の加熱は、例えば加熱体8に連設された正特性サ
ーミスタ素子への電源コード10を介しての通電により行
なわれるものである。 そして、特に、加熱体8は、その開口部8a側の厚さを

になっている。 前記ボトル3は、内部に例えば殺虫目的での殺虫液、
芳香目的での芳香液等の蒸散薬液が入れられたものであ
り、ボトルの口部3aから上方に薬液の蒸散の為の吸液芯
14を突出させたものである。 次に、上記のように構成させた加熱蒸散装置の作用に
ついて説明する。 装置本体1のボトル挿入部4にボトル3を挿入する。
この場合、先ず、前部扉11を開き、ボトル3の吸液芯14
が発熱体8の吸液芯挿入部9に位置するように水平方向
にボトル3を挿入する。 従って、吸液芯14を具備するボトル3の装置本体1へ
の出し入れは略水平方向で行えるから、その装着(及び
離脱)作業が容易であり、又、ボトルセット時に吸液芯
14が加熱体8及び装置本体1に干渉することがなく、吸
液芯14の破損が防止される。 又、ボトル3を装置本体1のボトル挿入部4に挿入す

く、それ故ボトル3内の薬液をこぼしたりすることもな
い。 次に前部扉11を閉める。 この状態で正特性サーミスタ素子に通電して加熱体8
を加熱すると、これによって吸液芯14が加熱され、蒸散
液は蒸散し、蒸散孔7より大気に放出されることにな
る。 この加熱蒸散時において、吸液芯14は周囲からほぼ均
一に加熱される。すなわち、加熱体8には吸液芯14の進
入用の開口部8aが設けられているので、この開口部8a側
にあっては加熱体がないからその分加熱割合が少ないも
のの、開口部8a側における加熱体8の厚み寸法mをその
奥部(非開口部)8b側より厚く構成したので、あたかも
開口部8a側における加熱体がない分を補うようになって
おり、それだけ温度分布に差が少なくなり、吸液芯14は
周囲からほぼ均一に加熱されるのである。 尚、加熱体8の厚み寸法mではなく、開口部8a側の幅
寸法を大きくしても、開口部8a側における加熱体がない
分をあたかも補うようにできるが、内側に向けて広げた
のでは、開口部8aの開口寸法が狭くなり、ボトル3の挿
入作業が困難になるだけでなく、挿入に際して吸液芯14
を破損する恐れが高くなる。又、外側向けて広げたので
は、加熱効果がそれだけ悪く、従って開口部8a側の幅寸
法を内外いずれに大きくしても、このような技術は本発
明に比べて劣る。
