Description

The present invention relates to a humidifier that humidifies a room or the like.

Conventionally, a humidifier is known in which water is heated and evaporated by a heating body to humidify a room or the like. Among various humidifiers, there is one that employs a method in which water stored in a water tank is absorbed by a water absorbing body and heated to evaporate the water and humidify.
In the case of such a humidifier, a water absorbing body that is disposed so as to be in close contact with the heating body and that can easily attach and detach (replace) the water absorbing body is required.

The following Patent Document 1 discloses a humidifier that employs the above-described method, and includes a water absorbing body that sucks up water by a capillary phenomenon, and the water absorbing body surrounded by the water absorbing body. A humidifier with a heating device for vaporization is described. The water absorbing body is provided with a pressing metal fitting so as to cover the water absorbing body, whereby the water absorbing body and the heating body, and the heat transfer body provided between the water absorbing body and the heating body are in close contact with each other. (See Patent Document 1 and FIG. 2 below).

By the way, when such a humidifier is continuously used, impurities such as calcium carbonate and magnesium generated by heating water are deposited and deposited on the water absorbing body. If the operation is continued in this state, heat conduction from the heating body to the water absorption body is hindered, and the heating efficiency is lowered. Furthermore, the water absorption capacity of the water absorbing body is also reduced, and the humidifying capacity of the humidifier is reduced. Therefore, in order to maintain a normal level of humidification capacity, it is necessary to periodically replace the water absorbing body with a new one.

However, since the humidifier described in Patent Document 1 is provided with a pressing metal fitting so as to cover the water absorbing body, when replacing the water absorbing body, the water absorbing body must first be removed after removing the pressing metal fitting. The replacement work is not easy. Further, immediately after the operation of the humidifier is completed, the pressing metal fitting is heated, so that it cannot be removed due to heat, and there is an inconvenience that the water absorbing body cannot be replaced at a free timing. Furthermore, there is a risk that after removing the presser fitting when replacing the water absorbent, it may be lost by mistake and the water absorbent cannot be replaced.

This invention is made | formed in view of the said situation, and it aims at providing the humidifier which can attach or detach (exchange) a water absorption body easily.

A steam generator 5 is provided above the water reservoir 70 of the water storage tank 7, and a steam cover 4 is provided so as to cover the steam generator 5.
The steam generating unit 5 includes a water absorbing body 50, a holder 51 that locks the water absorbing body 50, two heat transfer bodies 52 and 52, and a heating body 53.
The water absorbing body 50 is composed of a pair of water absorbing materials 50a, 50a, and is individually detachably disposed on both surfaces of the heating body 53 and on the surfaces 52a, 52a side of the heat transfer bodies 52, 52. The material is not particularly limited as long as the water stored in the water reservoir 70 is sucked up by a capillary action. For example, as the pair of water-absorbing materials 50a, 50a, those made of woven fabric, knitted fabric, or nonwoven fabric made of polyester fiber, polypropylene fiber, rayon fiber, cotton or the like are used.
The pair of water-absorbing materials 50a, 50a are formed in a vertically long, substantially rectangular plate shape that is the same shape, and are disposed in close contact with a recess 52c of a heat transfer body 52 described later. (See FIG. 2, FIG. 3, etc.). In addition, both shapes of a pair of water absorbing material 50a, 50a are not limited to the same shape like the example of a figure, An irregular shape and symmetrical shape may be sufficient.

The holder 51 is configured by combining two holder members having the same shape with their back surfaces in contact with each other. The holder 51 includes a pair of left and right holding portions 51a and 51a that hold both sides 52d and 52d of the heat transfer bodies 52 and 52, and hold the heat transfer bodies 52 and 52 in a substantially upright state, and a pair of water absorbing materials. A locking part 51b that locks 50a and 50a in close contact with the surface sides 52a and 52a of the heat transfer bodies 52 and 52 and a fixing part 54 that is fixed to the mounting base part 75 are provided.
The holder 51 is fixed substantially upright with respect to the mounting base portion 75, and as shown in FIG. 3 and the like, a pair of holders 51 are provided on the surface sides 52a and 52a of the heat transfer bodies 52 and 52 provided in each holder member. A total of two water-absorbing materials 50a, 50a are detachably held individually.
The holding portion 51a is formed with a plurality of through holes (not shown) in the vertical direction in order to fix and hold the left and right side portions 52d, 52d of the heat transfer bodies 52, 52. The illustrated example shows a state in which the fixing tool 51c is inserted into the through hole, and the heat transfer body 52 is fixed and held by the fixing tool 51c and the fastener (nut) 51d.

The locking part 51b is formed so as to further extend in the opposing direction from the mutually opposing ends of the pair of holding parts 51a, 51a.
The thickness of one water absorbing material 50a held by the holding portion 51a is set to be the same as or slightly thicker than the distance between the locking portion 51b and the heat transfer body 52, and the water absorbing material 50a The thickness is such that a feeling of resistance is felt when the heat sink 52 is inserted into the recess 52c of the heat transfer body 52.
Therefore, the left and right end portions of the water absorbing material 50a are firmly held by the locking portions 51b, and the water absorbing material 50a does not fall from the recess 52c.
Moreover, since the above-mentioned resistance is strong enough to prevent the water absorbing material 50a from being pulled out of the recess 52c, the water absorbing material 50a can be freely attached and detached.
A pair of fixing portions 54 are provided at the lower ends of both ends of the holder 51 along the longitudinal direction of the water storage tank 7 so as to protrude, and through holes (not shown) are formed in the respective fixing portions 54. The fixing base 75 is fixed by a fixing tool.
Moreover, the attachment base part 75 which attaches the fixing | fixed part 54 is provided only in the place where the fixing | fixed part 54 respond | corresponds.
Thereby, since the area | region pinched by a pair of water absorbing material 50a, 50a in the water reservoir part 70 is a space without an obstruction which does not have the structural member of the attachment base part 75, it uses the flow path 73. The passed water reaches the entire water reservoir 70 without being interrupted by the flow. Therefore, there is no difference in the water absorption power of the pair of water absorbing materials 50a, 50a, each can absorb a sufficient amount of water, and a high humidification power can be maintained.

The heat transfer body 52 is provided to efficiently transfer the heat generated by the heating body 53 to the water absorption body 50, and is made of aluminum, aluminum alloy, or the like having a good thermal conductivity, and is formed in a substantially square plate shape. The surface sides 52a and 52a of the heat transfer bodies 52 and 52 are formed with recesses 52c in which a pair of water absorbing materials 50a and 50a are respectively held. Since the left and right side portions 52d and 52d of the heat transfer bodies 52 and 52 are fixed to the holding portion 51a, the recess 52c is formed in a shape recessed from the both side portions 52d and 52d in a step shape toward the back surface. Yes.
As shown in FIG. 2, in the state where the heat transfer body 52 is held by the holder 51 by forming the recess 52 c on the surface side 52 a of the heat transfer body 52, the heat transfer body 52 is shown in FIG. As described above, the upper side, the lower side, and the front side of the heat transfer body 52 are open spaces.

By sliding the water-absorbing material 50a from the upper side to the lower side of the recess 52c and inserting it into the recess 52c, the pair of water-absorbing materials 50a, 50a can be in close contact with the heat transfer bodies 52, 52. Each is individually held by a holder 51. At the time of exchanging the water absorbent body 50, the water absorbent material 50a to be exchanged can be slid out of the recess 52c and pulled out, and a new water absorbent material 50a can be inserted into the recess 52c.
That is, the water absorbing material 50a itself is not fixed to the holder 51 or the heat transfer body 52 with a fixture or the like, and a pair of water absorbing materials 50a, 50a are individually provided on the surface sides 52a, 52a of the heat transfer bodies 52, 52, respectively. It is detachably arranged. Therefore, it is possible to easily replace only one of the replaced water absorbing materials 50a.
At this time, since there is no step for removing the pair of water-absorbing materials 50a, 50a and the like, it is easy to replace the water-absorbing material 50a. Further, there is no risk that the presser fitting is lost when the water absorbing material 50a is replaced and the water absorbing material 50a cannot be replaced.
Furthermore, when the presser fitting is attached, it is difficult to replace the water absorbing material 50a immediately after the operation of the humidifier 1 is finished, so that it is difficult to replace the water absorbing material 50a. Since it is not attached, the water absorbing material 50a can be replaced even immediately after the operation of the humidifier 1 is completed.

Each of the pair of water absorbing materials 50a, 50a is held in the recess 52c formed on the surface side 52a, 52a of the heat transfer bodies 52, 52 so as to be in close contact with the heat transfer bodies 52, 52. Heat is easily transmitted from 53 to the water absorbent 50, and the humidification efficiency can be improved.
Moreover, since a pair of water absorbing material 50a, 50a is each separately arrange | positioned at the surface side 52a, 52a of the heat exchangers 52, 52, compared with the case where only one water absorbing material 50a is arrange | positioned. The surface to be heated is doubled, the moisture evaporation power is increased, and the humidifying power can be increased.
Furthermore, since each of the pair of water absorbing materials 50a, 50a is individually disposed on the surface sides 52a, 52a of the heat transfer bodies 52, 52 as described above, for example, when one of the water absorbing materials 50a is damaged, It is possible to replace only with a new one.

A through hole (not shown) is formed in both side portions 52d, 52d of the heat transfer bodies 52, 52 corresponding to the through hole formed in the holding portion 51a, and the fixture 51c is inserted into the through hole. The fastener (nut) 51d is attached to the shaft portion of the fixture 51c. Thereby, the heat transfer body 52 is firmly held by the holding portion 51a. As shown in FIG. 3, in a form in which the holder 51 is configured by joining the two holder members in a state where the back surfaces are in contact with each other, the fixture 51 c is inserted into the through holes of the holding portions 51 a of the two holder members. Since it is fixed by the fastener (nut) 51d, not only the heat transfer body 52 but also the two holder members are fixed.

例えばPTC(Positive Temperature Coefficient 正温度係数)の特性を利用したPTCヒータ等の面状ヒータを用いることができる。
The heating body 53 is not particularly limited as long as the water absorbing body 50 can be heated through the heat transfer body 52 and steam can be generated. However, since the heating body 53 is configured to be thin, the heating body 53 is formed in a plate shape. desirable. For example, a planar heater such as a PTC heater using the characteristic of PTC (Positive Temperature Coefficient) can be used.
The heat transfer body 52 is disposed on both surfaces of the heating body 53 in close contact with each other. When the two holder members are fixed by the fixture 51c and the fastener (nut) 51d in a state where the back surfaces are in contact with each other to form the holder 51, the two holder members fit into the internal space provided by the two holder members. In such a configuration, the heating body 53 may be attached and fixed.
In addition, although description is abbreviate | omitted about the structure of the electrical wiring for supplying a voltage to the heating body 53, a control part, etc. here, it cannot be overemphasized that these are provided.

Next, an example of the humidifying operation of the humidifier 1 configured as described above will be described.
First, water is put into the water supply tank 3. When water is poured into the water supply tank 3, the water tank 3 is turned upside down, the cap 31 is removed, and water is poured from the water inlet 30. When water accumulates in the water supply tank 3, the cap 31 is attached, and the water supply tank 3 is connected to the connecting portion 71 upside down. When normally connected, the valve contact portion 72 comes into contact with the valve portion 32 to be opened, and the water in the water supply tank 3 is supplied to the water reservoir portion 70 through the flow path 73.
The water stored in the water reservoir 70 is immersed in the lower part of the water absorbent 50 (the pair of water absorbents 50a and 50a), and the water absorbent 50 absorbs water. The absorbed water is sucked up by the capillary action above the water absorbing body 50.
When the heating body 53 is driven in this state, the water absorption body 50 is heated via the heat transfer body 52 disposed on the upper back side of the water absorption body 50, and the absorbed water is heated to become steam. The steam generated by the steam generating unit 5 is blown out from the outlet 20 through the opening 40 and can be humidified around the humidifier 1.

FIG. 4 shows an installation example of the humidifier 1 configured as described above.
Since the humidifier 1 can be thinned as described above, it can be incorporated into a thin plate-like panel 10 having a humidity control function, for example.
The panel 10 shown in the figure is installed upright along a wall surface (not shown) or the like.
The panel 10 includes an exhaust port 10b formed on the upper side, an intake port 10a formed on the lower side, and a functional unit (not shown) that contains a functional material such as a humidity control material or a deodorizing agent. The panel 10 is configured to take in the air sucked from the air inlet 10a into the functional part, perform humidity adjustment and deodorization, and then exhaust the air conditioned after being exhausted from the air outlet 10b.
A substantially rectangular housing recess 11 (see FIG. 5B) is formed in the front center of the panel 10, and the humidifier 1 is incorporated into the housing recess 11 for use.
According to this, it can be set as the panel 10 provided with the humidification function in addition to the humidity control function.
At this time, it is desirable that the humidifier 1 can be easily removed by grasping the handles 80a and 80a and pulling forward. According to this, if the humidifier 1 is removed and the cover body 2 is removed, the water supply tank 3 can also be easily removed, and the water injection operation can be easily performed.

In addition, the shape of the humidifier 1 and each member which comprises this, a structure, etc. are not limited to the example of a figure. Moreover, although the example which is not provided with the air blower which blows the humidified air here is shown, it is good also as what was provided. Furthermore, the installation example of the humidifier 1 is not limited to FIG. 4, and may be used by being embedded directly in a wall surface, or the humidifier 1 can be used alone at a favorite place. Needless to say.
