Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a heating transpiration apparatus rich in safety by mounting a heating mechanism heating the wick of the bottle mounted on a bottle mounting part, a transpiration hole through which the liquid in the bottle transpires by the heating of the heating mechanism, a light source and a light guide mechanism guiding the light of the light source. CONSTITUTION:When a heating transpiration apparatus is heated by a heater 5 by closing a switch, the liquid absorbing wick of the bottle mounted on a bottle receiver 9 is heated by the heater 5 and the chemical solution component such as a liquid insecticide in the bottle is evaporated to be discharged to the atmosphere from a transpiration hole 2. The pilot lamp 7 mounted in the apparatus emits light at the same time when the switch is closed to illuminate the front part of the apparatus main body and the light of the pilot lamp 7 is also guided to a light guide body 8 to illuminate the top plate part 1a of a cover body 1. Since the vicinity of the transpiration hole 2 is also illuminated and the position of the transpiration hole 2 through which an insecticidal component is discharged can be confirmed even in the night and danger is prevented and this apparatus is excellent in safety.

As a heating evaporation device for heating and evaporating chemical liquids such as fragrances and insecticides, a bottle is placed on the bottom lid, and a cylindrical body with a lid and bottom is used, as described in, for example, Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 58-45670. The bottom cover is fitted from the bottom side, 1976.
As described in Publication No. 8361, a bottle is inserted from the bottomless side of a cylindrical body with a lid and no bottom, and the mouth of the bottle is screwed in to attach it to the body, or
As described in Japanese Patent No. 3-84240, in a heating evaporation device that evaporates absorbed chemical liquid by heating a liquid absorbent wick that is partially immersed in a chemical liquid in a bottle, the bottle is attached to the main body of the device. A liquid absorbent wick having a substantially U-shape in plan view, wherein a bottle insertion portion that can be inserted and removed from the horizontal direction is provided, a heating element is provided on the upper side of the bottle insertion portion, and the liquid absorption core of the bottle can be inserted and removed from the heating element from the approximately horizontal direction. An insertion part configuration has been proposed. By the way, the heating evaporation devices that have been provided so far are
For example, a built-in lamp illuminates the power switch located on the side wall, but it has been found that this alone is not sufficient.

In other words, although it is not inconvenient for the built-in lamp to illuminate the power switch located on the side wall of the device, this lamp does not perform its full function. When used as an insecticide, the device is usually turned on in bright light and then turned off at dawn, and the switching on and off operations themselves are rarely done in the dark. There is no, therefore it is built-in〉
・Even if the power switch located on the side wall of the main body of the device is illuminated by the light, this has virtually no meaning. By the way, the heating evaporation device is equipped with evaporation holes.
This transpiration releases pesticide components into the atmosphere. This insecticide component is normally considered to be undesirable to the human body, so in the dark, it is necessary to recognize where the evaporation holes from which the insecticide component is released are located. If a mechanism is provided, it will be preferable for non-electricity. It should be noted that if the built-in lamp illuminates the power switch installed on the side wall of the device, it may be possible to recognize the location of the device from the illuminated power switch, but if the power switch is located at the rear where it cannot be seen, Otherwise, it cannot be recognized at all, and it takes time to recognize the transpiration holes. The present invention has been made in view of these points, and provides a heating evaporation device that is highly safe. The object of the present invention is to provide a bottle mounting section, a heating mechanism that heats the core of a bottle mounted on the bottle mounting section, and a main body of the device from which liquid in the bottle evaporates by heating with this heating mechanism. This is achieved by a heating evaporation device characterized by comprising a transpiration hole provided in a top plate portion, a light source, and a light guide mechanism that guides the light from the light source above the top plate portion of the main body of the device.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of an embodiment of a heating evaporation device according to the present invention in an exploded state. In the figure, reference numeral 1 denotes an integrated cover attached to the upper part of the heating evaporation device. A small diameter hole 3 into which the tip of the light guide is inserted is provided. Reference numeral 4 denotes a middle body in which a heating body 5 and various devices 6 for heating this heating body 5 are housed, and when the cover 1 is disposed on this middle body 4, these parts are joined. A latching mechanism provided at the end locks it and prevents it from being removed. Reference numeral 7 denotes a pilot lamp attached to the middle body 4, and the pilot lamp 7 illuminates the lower front end of the main body of the apparatus (including the front of the bottle receiver, which will be described later). Reference numeral 8 denotes a light guide such as an optical fiber, and the lower end of the light guide 8 is located near the pilot lamp 7, and the upper end 8a of the light guide 8 projects upward. When the cover unit 1 is disposed in the middle body 4, the upper end 8a of the light guide 8 is inserted into the hole 3, and the light from the pilot lamp 7 is guided to the light guide unit 8, and the top plate part 1a of the cover unit 1 is inserted into the hole 3. The upper part will be illuminated. 9 is a bottle receiver made of transparent resin;
A rib 10 for regulating the position of a bottle (not shown) filled with a chemical solution such as an insecticidal solution is provided on the bottom plate of the container 9. Incidentally, each of the bottle receiver 9 and the middle body 4 is provided with a slide/idle guide mechanism 11 for the bottle receiver 9. Further, a locking mechanism is also configured to prevent the bowl 1 to the bottle receiver 9 from being removed while the bottle receiver 9 is disposed in the middle body 11 while being guided by the slide guide mechanism. In the heating transpiration device configured as described above, when a switch (not shown) is turned on and the heating element 5 is heated, the liquid absorption core of the bottle attached to the bottle receiver 9 is heated by the heating element 5, and the liquid inside the bottle is heated. Chemical liquid components such as insecticidal liquid evaporate and are released into the atmosphere from the evaporation holes 2. At this time, when the switch is turned on, the built-in pilot lamp 7 simultaneously emits light, which not only illuminates the front part of the device body, but also illuminates the pilot lamp 7.
The light of
a The upper part will be illuminated. Therefore, since the vicinity of the transpiration hole 2 is also illuminated with some light, the position of the transpiration hole 2 from which the insecticide component is released can be recognized even in the middle of the night.
Even if you are half asleep, you can prevent the danger of bringing your face above the evaporation hole, which is very desirable from the standpoint of safety. (Effects) The heating evaporation device according to the present invention includes a bottle mounting section, a heating mechanism that heats the core of the bottle mounted on the bottle mounting section, and a heating mechanism that heats the core of the bottle mounted on the bottle mounting section. The device is equipped with a transpiration hole provided on the top plate of the device body from which the light evaporates, a light source, and a light guiding mechanism that guides the light from the light source above the top plate of the device body, so the light from the light source is guided. The upper part of the top plate is illuminated by the light mechanism, so even in the middle of the night, you can recognize the evaporation hole from which the liquid in the bottle is released, and even if you are half asleep, you can hold your face above the evaporation hole. It has features such as being able to prevent dangers such as accidents, and being excellent in safety.
