BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention uses a heating element to heat the upper side surface of a liquid bottle containing a drug and having a liquid absorbent core for the purpose of insecticidal, sterilizing, acaricidal, insect repellent, repelling, fragrance, deodorizing and the like. In particular, the present invention relates to a chemical heating transpiration device for transpiration of a chemical, and more particularly to a chemical heating transpiration device in which a cord storage portion is formed in the chemical heating transpiration device.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, as the chemical heating transpiration device, a cord for energizing the heating element is attached, and a cord storage portion for storing the cord is formed in the chemical heating transpiration device. there were.
[0003]
In this cord storage portion, as described in Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open Nos. 3-95778 and 3-99972, a cord storage portion is formed on the side surface of the apparatus main body so that the winding direction is directed in the vertical direction. As described in Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 3-74283, there has been known a device in which a cord storage portion in which the winding direction is directed in the horizontal direction is formed at the lower portion of the apparatus main body.
[0004]
Further, Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 2-60578 has been known in which an electric heating transpiration unit is installed in a central space where a winding direction is directed in a horizontal direction and is wound in an annular shape.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the conventional chemical heating transpiration apparatus, in the formation of the cord storage portion as described in Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 3-95778, Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 3-99972 or Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 3-74283, the side surface of the apparatus main body is There is a possibility that the lower part protrudes to cause a problem such as an increase in the size of the apparatus and a problem that the design is inferior due to design restrictions.
Further, in the formation of the cord storage portion as described in Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 2-60578, the lower portion of the apparatus main body becomes larger in the horizontal direction, and there is a risk that the apparatus will be enlarged and inferior in design. was there.
[0006]
Furthermore, over the above-described conventional chemical heating transpiration apparatus, a contact member is required between the rotating cord side and the fixed heating element side, which increases the number of parts and complicates the structure in this part. There was also a risk of occurrence.
This invention makes it the subject to eliminate these problems.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, the present invention accommodates a chemical bottle having an upper small-diameter portion and protruding an absorbent core upward, and heats the absorbent core of the bottle with a heating element to evaporate the drug. In the chemical heating transpiration apparatus, a lower body for storing the chemical liquid bottle therein, and the lower body Horizontally A vertical position that is rotatable and includes an upper main body provided with a heating element that heats the liquid absorbent core of the chemical bottle, and is opposed to the upper small diameter portion of the chemical bottle in the lower main body. The outer circumference of the lower small diameter part of the upper body that fits over the upper small diameter part of the lower main body A cord storage portion for storing a cord connected to a heating element provided in the upper body is formed.
[0008]
[Operation]
The cord storage portion is prevented from protruding from the chemical heating transpiration device, and the overall size of the device is prevented. Thus, by reducing the size of the chemical heating transpiration device, it is possible to reduce costs such as material costs, packing costs, and transportation costs. And since a code | cord | chord storage part does not protrude, it does not receive the restrictions on the design by this, and can provide the chemical | medical agent heating transpiration apparatus excellent in design property. In addition, since the cord is connected to the heating element without providing a contact member between the cord side and the heating element side as in the prior art, no contact member is required, the number of parts is reduced, and the structure is simple. Can be made.
