- フイルム基板にＩＣチツプをボンデイングし、
樹脂によるパツケージを行なう半導体実装におい
て、前記パツケージの取付け面の少なくとも２方
向へ、孔の形成された突起部をパツケージの樹脂
と同一部材で設けることを特徴とする樹脂パツケ
ージの構造。
