純度カーボン材表面にSiC膜をコーテイングし
た材料を使用することを特徴とする、多孔質光フ
アイバ母材成長用反応容器。 (2) 前記反応容器を構成する、光純度カーボン
材表面にコーテイングされるSiC膜の膜厚を5
μm以上とすることを特徴とする、請求項(1)記
