酸水素炎中での火炎加水分解反応により生成した
微粒子をターゲツト材に堆積・成長させる多孔質
光フアイバ母材成長用反応容器において、その壁
面を耐酸性金属材料で構成し且つその少なくとも
内表面に耐熱・耐酸性塗料をコーテイングしてな
ることを特徴とする多孔質光フアイバ母材成長用
反応容器。 (2) 耐酸性金属材料がNi又はNi基合金であ
る請求項1記載の多孔質光フアイバ母材成長用反
応容器。 (3) 耐熱・耐酸性塗料が、SiC若しくはSi
O2を主成分とすると共に結合材としてSi系ア
ルコキシドを含むものである請求項1又は2記載
