性ガスを導入する給気管を設け、且つ前記酸水素
バーナと給気管との間のマツフル内の壁面に仕切
り板を取付けたことを特徴とする多孔質光フアイ
バ母材の製造装置。 (2) 前記給気管は、ガラス又はフツ素系樹脂を
材質とするフイルターを具備していることを特徴
