Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 水晶のQよりも小さいQを有するとともに
    リチウムタンタレート及びリチウムニオベートか
    らなるグループから選択された一つの結晶を含み
    、コンデンサ、インダクタンス及び抵抗を有する
    直列回路、並びに前記直列回路と並列に接続され
    た他のコンデンサからなる二つの等価電気素子を
    備えた圧電素子と、抵抗器、前記抵抗器に並列に
    接続されたキヤパシタ及び前記抵抗器と前記キヤ
    パシタとに直列に接続された第1インダクタンス
    回路からなる三つの電気素子を含み、前記圧電素
    子に接続されたフイードバツク線形化回路と、可
    変容量、前記可変容量に直列に接続された第2イ
    ンダクタンス回路からなる二つの電気素子を含み
    、前記フイードバツク線形化回路及び前記圧電素
    子と夫々接続された周波数調整回路と、前記圧電
    素子、前記フイードバツク線形化回路及び前記周
    波数調整回路に夫々接続されており、前記圧電素
    子の前記直列回路と前記周波数調整回路とによつ
    て規定される第1インピーダンスに対応する発振
    周波数の信号を出力する増幅回路とを含み、前記
    周波数調整回路、前記圧電素子及び前記フイード
    バツク線形化回路は、前記可変容量に印加される
    電圧の所定の範囲における一つの電圧において前
    記第1インピーダンスが前記圧電素子の前記他の
    コンデンサと前記周波数調整回路とによつて規定
    される第2インピーダンスよりも小さくなるよう
    に、かつ前記一つの電圧において前記第2インピ
    ーダンスが前記フイードバツク線形化回路と前記
    周波数調整回路とによつて規定される第3インピ
    ーダンスよりも小さくなるように夫々設定されて
    いる電圧制御結晶発振器。 (2) 前記増幅回路が約10MHzの発振周波数の
    信号を出力するために前記フイードバツク線形化
    回路の前記抵抗器、前記キヤパシタ及び前記第1
    インダクタンス回路が夫々約75Ω、約22pF
    、約16μHに設定されている実用新案登録請求
    の範囲第1項に記載の電圧制御結晶発振器。 (3) 前記増幅回路が約18MHzの発振周波数の
    信号を出力するために前記フイードバツク線形化
    回路の前記抵抗器、前記キヤパシタ及び前記第1
    インダクタンス回路が夫々約50Ω、約12pF
    、約2.7μHに設定されている実用新案登録請
    求の範囲第1項に記載の電圧制御結晶発振器。 (4) 前記増幅回路が約30MHzの発振周波数の
    信号を出力するために前記フイードバツク線形化
    回路の前記抵抗器、前記キヤパシタ及び前記第1
    インダクタンス回路が夫々約45Ω、約10pF
    、約0.82μHに設定されている実用新案登録
    請求の範囲第1項に記載の電圧制御結晶発振器。
