施例における出力電圧Ｖｒと温度との関係を示す
グラフである。第３図は、本考案の実施例におけ
る出力電圧Ｖｒと電圧・周波数変換回路の出力ｆ
ｏの直線性誤差を示すグラフである。第４図は、
従来のサーミスタ温度変換器の一例を示す回路図
であり、同図ａは、サーミスタ温度変換回路、同
図ｂは、電圧・周波数変換回路である。第５図は

Claims (1)
- 演算増幅器の非反転入力には基準電源が接続さ
れ、反転入力とグランド間には基準抵抗の替わり
にサーミスタが接続され、出力にはトランジスタ
のベースが接続され、更にトランジスタのエミツ
ターは前記演算増幅器の反転入力に接続され、コ
レクターは負荷抵抗を介して任意の電源に接続さ
れ、前記トランジスタのコレクターと負荷抵抗の
接続点から温度変換信号が得られる回路において
、前記演算増幅器の反転入力に任意のバイアス電
圧を印加したことを特徴とするサーミスタ温度変
換回路。
