Claims (1)
- マイコン１の電源２にマイコン素子の基準電圧
設定用の抵抗３とツエナーダイオード４を、又温
度検出用の温度検出素子５と抵抗６を、更に温度
設定用の抵抗７と抵抗８を夫々並列に接続し、前
記温度検出素子５と抵抗６の接続点にアナログ―
デイジタル変換（以下Ａ／Ｄ変換と呼ぶ）機能を
もつマイコン１の入力端子１３を接続し、該温度
検出素子５と抵抗６の接続点と前記抵抗３とツエ
ナーダイオード４の接続点との間にダイオード９
を逆バイアスがかかる方向に接続し、前記温度設
定用の抵抗７と抵抗８の接続点に抵抗１０を介し
て演算増幅器１１の入力側を接続し、インピーダ
ンス変換を行なう概演算増幅器１１の出力側にマ
イコン１のＡ／Ｄ変換に必要な温度設定用基準電
圧側の入力端子１２を接続したことを特徴とする
温度検出回路。
