Claims (1)
- 電源電圧を分圧する抵抗２とツエナーダイオー
ド３の接続点にマイコン１の設定温度基準電圧の
入力端子９を接続し、同じく電源電圧を分圧する
温度検出素子４と抵抗５の接続点にアナログ―デ
ジタル変換（以下Ａ／Ｄ変換と呼ぶ）機能をもつ
マイコン１の入力端子１０を接続する温度検出回
路において、設定温度基準電圧決定用の抵抗２と
ツエナーダイオード３に並列にマイコン素子の基
準電圧設定用の抵抗７とツエナーダイオード６を
接続し、温度検出素子４と抵抗５の接続点と抵抗
７とツエナーダイオード６の接続点との間にダイ
オード８を逆バイアスがかかる方向に接続したこ
とを特徴とする温度検出回路。
