Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 ［産業上の利用分野］ 本発明は、感圧、感光感圧、感光感熱等の方法で画像を
得るとき使用する顕色剤シートの保存方法及び梱包方法
に関するものである。
〔従来技術〕
上記の様な顕色剤シートは、例えば露光により潜像が形
成されたマイクロカプセルシ一トと重ね合せられて加圧
され、そのマイクロカプセルからの流出物により発色し
て顕像を形成するものである。
従来、このような顕色剤シートを数百枚束ねて梱包した
ものが流通している。その梱包方法は紙製の下箱に所定
枚数の顕色剤シートを入れ、上箱を被せた後にプラステ
イックフィルムでラッピングしている。しかし、このラ
ッピングは輸送時等のときに箱が開かないことを目的と
したものなので、箱の一部分のラッピングである。
［発明が解決しようとする課８］ しかしながら、従来の顕色剤シートの梱包方法では、顕
色剤シートが外部空気と接触するので、長期間保存して
おくと空気中に含まれる窒素酸化物や硫黄酸化物により
顕色剤シートの顕色剤が酸化して黄変する。そのため、
このような顕色剤シートを用いると所望の発色特性を得
ることができず、商品価値が下るといった問題点があっ
た。
本発明は、上述した問題点を解消するためになされたも
のであり、顕色剤シートを長期間保存しても商品価値が
低下しない顕色剤シートの保存方法及び梱包方法を提供
することにある。
［課題を解決するための手段］ この目的を達成するために、本発明は顕色剤シートを非
酸化性ガス中にて保存することを特徴とする。更に、そ
の保存を行う梱包方法として、筐体内の空隙部分に不活
性ガス或いは窒素ガスを充填したことを特徴とする。
［作用］ 上記の構或を有する本発明によれば、顕色剤シートの雰
囲気は不活性ガス又は窒素ガス等の非酸化性ガスであり
、窒素酸化物、硫黄酸化物等はないので顕色剤が黄変す
ることはない。また、密閉性の高い筐体を使用すれば持
続性が高く、例え密閉性がない紙製の筐体（紙箱）でも
ラッピングにより完全密封にすれば何等問題はない。
［実施例］ 以下に本発明を具体化した実施例を図面を参照して説明
する。
第１図は顕色剤シートに本発明の梱包方法を施した実施
例１の概観を示している。第２図は、その断面構造を拡
大して示した。厚さ２１０浦の片面コート紙によりつく
られた下箱４に顕色剤シ一ト５が収納され、その空隙６
には窒素ガスが充填され、下箱４と同じ材質の上箱３が
閉じられており、全体にラッピングフィルム２でラッピ
ングされている。また上箱３、下箱４には、窒素ガス充
填用に小径の穴７が開いている。ラッピングフィルム２
は第３図に拡大断面図を示したように、厚さ２５．のポ
リエチレンテレフタレートフィルム２ａに厚さ３０浦の
アイオノマーのインフレーションフィルム２ｂを熱融着
させたものを使用した。
顕色剤シ一ト５は、パラフエニルフェノールの重合体３
０部を水１００部中に分散させてポリビニルアルコール
３部をバインダーとして混合して顕色剤塗工液とし、こ
れを１１０ｋｇ（四六版）の両面コート紙に乾燥厚が１
５．になるように塗工した。
次に梱包方法について説明する。前述した顕色剤シ一ト
５を２００枚（Ａ４版）重ねて下箱４に収納し、上箱３
を閉じる。その時、箱内の体積と顕色剤シ一ト５の２０
０枚分の体積の差は約２５０ｍｌであった。モして上箱
３を軽く押さえながら穴７より窒素ガス３ｌ吹き込んだ
。この処理により箱内の空気が隙間より出て、箱内に窒
素ガスが充填される。その後すぐにラッピングフィルム
２のポリエチレンテレフタレートフィルム２ａ側が外側
になるようにラッピングした後、ホットプレートを用い
てアイオノマーのインフレーションフィルムを熱融着さ
せて完全密封した。
上記のように窒素ガスを充填して完全密封した顕色剤シ
ート（実施例）と単に同じ箱に入れた顕色剤シート（比
較例）の保存試験を行った。
まず、保存前の顕色剤シートを分光潤色計によってＬ＊
ａ＊ｂ＊系の色彩測定し、次にその顕色剤シートを８０
℃で９６時間保存した。そして保存後の各顕色剤シート
をｔ，＊ａ＊ｂ＊系の色彩測定し、前記測定値と比較し
た。この結果を下表に示す。
表 上記表中に示すイエローネスインデックス（Ｙ．■．）
の値は各測定値から計算したもので、黄変の度合を示し
ている。上記値より明らかなように本実施例の方法で保
存したものは、従来のもの（比較例）に比べ、イエロー
ネスインデックスが低く、極めて有効であることか立証
されている。
本実施例では、上箱３、下箱４には厚さ２１０腐の片面
コート紙を使用したが、金属、プラスティックを使用し
てもよい。またラッピングフィルム２は、ポリエチレン
、ボリプロビレン、ポリ塩化ビニリデン等でもよく、ま
た金属箔でもよい。
また窒素ガスを使用したが、他に、ヘリウム、ネオン、
アルゴン等の不活性ガス等顕色剤が変色しにくい非酸化
性ガスであれば特に限定されるものではない。
［発明の効果コ 以上詳述しことから明らかなように、本発明である顕色
剤シートの保存方法及び梱包方法は顕色剤シートを長期
間保存することができ、特に船舶輸送時の高温対策とし
ても有効である。また、保存性が向上したということは
、一度の製造時に大量に製造できるので製造コストも軽
減できる。
【図面の簡単な説明】
第１図は顕色剤シートに本発明の梱包方法を施した実施
例の概観を示している。第２図はその断面構造を拡大し
て示している。第３図はラッピングフィルム２の拡大断
面図を示している。 図中、２はラッピング用のフィルム、５は顕色剤シート
である。

    ことを特徴とする顕色剤シートの保存方法。 ２、筺体内に顕色剤シートを収納する梱包方法において
    、筐体内の空隙部分に不活性ガス又は窒素ガスを充填さ
    せたことを特徴とする顕色剤シートの梱包方法。 ３、請求項２記載の梱包方法を施した後に、筐体をプラ
    ステイックフィルム又は金属箔でラッピングしたことを
    特徴とする顕色剤シートの梱包方法。
