Claims (1)
- 中空モータと、この中空モータに同軸状に隣接
配置した調和減速機とから構成され、前記調和減
速機の回転入力要素が前記中空モータの出力側に
連結され、この調和減速機の減速回転出力要素が
負荷側に連結されており、この減速回転出力要素
には回転軸が結合され、この回転軸は前記調和減
速機の側から前記中空モータの中空部を貫通して
延びており、前記中空部から突出した回転軸の外
周部分には、この回転軸の回転位置を検出するめ
の位置検出手段が装着されていることを特徴とす
る回転駆動装置の絶対位置検出装置。
