Abstract

 ギヤ付きモータ(1)の磁気式アブソリュートセンサ(5)は、2極マグネット(51)とホール素子(52(1)~52(4))を備えている。2極マグネット(51)は、中空ロータシャフト(35)の中空部(38)に固定されている。中空部(38)の後端側からは、モータハウジング(2)の端板(22)に取り付けたブラケット(54)が同軸状態に挿入されている。ブラケット(54)の円筒部分(54d)には、前側から2極マグネット(51)が挿入された状態となっており、円筒部分(54d)の円形内周面には、90度間隔でホール素子(52(1)~52(4))が配置され、これらは一定のギャップで2極マグネット(51)の円形外周面に対峙している。磁気式アブソリュートセンサを組み込むためにモータ軸長を長くする必要がない。モータ駆動マグネットの磁束は中空ロータシャフト(35)により遮断され、ホール素子に悪影響が及ばない。
