- 電動機の軸側を固定子とし、枠側を回転子とす
ると共に、その電動機の外周に電動機と同軸にハ
ーモニツクドライブ減速機構を設け、そのハーモ
ニツクドライブ減速機構のウエーブジエネレータ
と前記電動機の回転子とを一体化したことを特徴
とする電動機式アクチユエータ。
