Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ガルバノメータ型オプテイカルスキヤナにより
    回転駆動されるスキヤンミラーによりレーザ発振
    器からのレーザ光を走査するレーザ光走査装置で
    あつて、前記レーザ光とは異なる入射角で前記ス
    キヤンミラーに照射光を照射する照射手段と、前
    記スキヤンミラーから反射された前記照射光を受
    光する受光手段と、前記受光手段の受光位置に応
    じて検出された前記スキヤンミラーの走査角のず
    れを補正する補正手段とを有することを特徴とす
    るレーザ光走査装置。
