Claims (1)
- ポリゴンミラー、ガルバノミラーなどの光を走
査する光学スキヤナの光走査位置を検出する検出
装置に於いて、光の走査開始位置と走査終了位置
に鏡もしくは光導波路を設け、前記走査開始位置
の光と、走査終了位置の光とをほぼ一点に集光し
て一つの受光素子により前記走査開始位置と走査
終了位置を検出するように構成したことを特徴と
する光学スキヤナ。
