Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ボンドが貯溜されたシリンジと、このシリンジ
    からボンドが圧送されるピストン装置とを備え、
    このピストン装置を、シリンダと、このシリンダ
    の内部に配設されたピストンロツドと、このピス
    トンロツドを上方に弾発するばね材と、このピス
    トンロツドの上限位置を規定するストツパーと、
    このシリンダを昇降させる昇降駆動装置と、この
    ピストンロツドの下部に垂設されたボンドの押出
    しピンと、このピンが収納された細孔に連通して
    、この細孔の下方に設けられた弁室と、この弁室
    の下方に垂設されたボンドの吐出ノズルとから構
    成し、上記弁室に、上記シリンジ側の内圧と、上
    記シリンダの下降時の負圧により開いて、上記シ
    リンジのボンドを上記弁室に吸入する第１のチエ
    ツク弁と、上記シリンダの上昇時の内圧により開
    いて、上記弁室内のボンドを上記ノズルに吐出す
    る第２のチエツク弁とを設けたことを特徴とする
    電子部品の実装工程におけるボンド塗布装置。
