Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 筆記具外形を形成する筒状の胴体の頭部側に回
    転リングを回転自在に設け、該胴体内にボールペ
    ン体等の複数の芯体を進退自在に配設すると共に
    ガイド筒を固定して設ける一方、前記ガイド筒内
    を摺動するスライダを設け、該スライダに前記各
    芯体側に延びて下方に向けて先端部が傾いて任意
    の芯体を選択する棒状振子を設けると共に、頭部
    側に前記回転リングより突出するノツク部を設け
    、該ノツク部をノツクすることにより、任意の芯
    体先端部を胴体のペン先開口から突出させて筆記
    状態とし、前記回転リングを回転させて芯体先端
    部を引つ込めて携帯状態とするようにした複合式
    筆記具であつて、 前記スライダの回転リング位置にはピン部を突
    設する一方、前記回転リングの内面には、前記ピ
    ン部の先端部が挿入される挿入溝を、スライダ移
    動方向に沿つて形成して、回転リングの回転によ
    りスライダが回転されるように設定し、前記スラ
    イダの外面には、前記ガイド筒内面を摺動する出
    没自在な摺動突部および前記ガイド筒に形成され
    たガイド開口内を移動する突起部を設け、前記ガ
    イド筒内面には、前記ノツク部のノツク時に前記
    摺動突部を携帯位置から筆記位置まで軸方向に沿
    つて案内するガイド溝を設け、該筆記位置から携
    帯位置への戻りを防止する戻り防止段部を設け、
    又、前記回転リング非操作時に筆記位置からガイ
    ド筒周方向への摺動突部の移動を阻止し、前記回
    転リング操作時に摺動部が乗り越えて係止解除位
    置まで移動する筆記状態維持突部を設け、さらに
    、スプリングの付勢力によるスライダの復帰時に
    前記突起部を前記係止解除位置から前記携帯位置
    まで復帰させる案内部を前記ガイド開口に形成し
    たことを特徴とする複合式筆記具。
