Description
て高温雰囲気での使用に際しても減磁しないPe −B
−R系永久磁石に係り、 Mo、 At!、 Cuを
必須元素として、 DYやTbの稀少かつ高価な重希土
類を必須とせず、高い最大エネルギー積を維持しかつ高
保磁力を有し1合金粉末性ならびに耐食性にすぐれた永
久磁石に関する。
まで2幅広い分野で使われる極めて重要な電気・電子材
料の一つである。
、永久磁石もまた高性能化が求められている。従来はこ
のような要求に答える永久磁石として希土類コバルト磁
石が知られていたが、希土類コバルト磁石は希土類とし
て、希土類鉱石中にあまり含まれておらず、高価なSm
を多量に必要とし、またCOを50〜60vt%も必要
としていた。
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1)希土類R12at%〜18at%、 但し、RはPr、Nd、Dy、Tbおよび不純物として
含まれる他の希土類であり 0.8≦(Pr+Nd+Dy+Tb)/R≦1.0(但
しRはPr、Ndの一種以上のみの場合を含む)、B
5at%〜9.5at%、Mo 2at%〜5at%、
Cu 0.01at%〜0.5at%、Al 0.1a
t%〜3at%、残部実質的にFeからなる永久磁石。 2)BとMoとの量比がat%でBをx、Moをyとし
たとき、 (x−4.5)≦y≦(x−3.0) の範囲にあることを特徴とする請求項1記載の永久磁石
。 3)Feの一部をCoで置換し、Co3at%〜7at
%含有されることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2記
載の永久磁石。 4)Moのうち90%以下をVで置換したことを特徴と
する請求項1、請求項2又は請求項3記載の永久磁石。 5)合金粉末を、磁界中で加圧、成形し、焼結して得ら
れた焼結体であることを特徴とする請求項1、請求項2
、請求項3又は請求項4記載の永久磁石。
